Today is Day 3️⃣ of #30daysofcore where I’ll share some tips and thoughts on core work for the next 30 days.

Developing Core Power

A bedrock to our core training is med ball work to help develop a more powerful core. Throwing med balls in various planes teaches the core to develop power from the ground up, through the core, and out of the hands that will lead to a person who is able have that power translate better to sport and life.
