The 20-15-10-5 Circuit

The ‘Train With Craig’ circuit for the month of November is a good one!

The “5-10-15-20” Circuit”

🔷 Ring Row OR Chin Up x5
🔷 Push Up x10
🔷 Kettlebell Swing x15
🔷 Bodyweight Squat x20 (not shown)
🔷 Side Plank x30 seconds each
🔷 Straight Leg Sit Up x10
🔷 Tempo Run on Treadmill OR Assault Bike x60 seconds

This is a timed circuit, where you move from one exercise to the next, resting as needed, adding a few more minutes each week.
