Anti-Extension > Other Core Training?

today is Day 9️⃣ of #30daysofcore where I’ll share some tips and thoughts on core work for the next 30 days.

Control in the sagittal plane through anti-extension core exercises is where it all starts with core training. If you can’t keep your ribs down and pelvis neutral, you are going to have a hard time controlling yourself in any core work in the transverse plane.
