Here is Day 2 of the General Fitness program for the month of November. It looks a little something like this…
A1. 1-Leg Jump to 2-Leg Landing Box Jump
A2: Feet Elevated Side Plank Row
A3: Push Up Hold
B: 12 Minute Density Circuit — 2-Dumbbell SLDL with Row, 1-Dumbbell Bench Press, Feet Elevated Side Plank Row
C1: RFE Split Squat
C2: 1-DB Row
C3: Overhead Anti-Rotation
C4: Lateral Crawl
Day 1 & 3 are completely different from this and don’t forget we also have and At Home Training program and an Athlete training program…and you get access to all three when you sign up!
