Core Stability and Groin Health?

Today is Day 1️⃣6️⃣ of #30daysofcore where I’ll share some tips and thoughts on core work for the next 30 days.

Copenhagen Side Plank Progression: Short Lever ➡️ Long Lever ➡️ With Flexion.

Because adductor strains are some of the most common soft tissue issues in the sports of hockey and soccer, this advanced variation of the Side Plank is one we will use with athletes that play 🏒 ⚽️ or athletes that tend to have groin issues.

Additionally, this is just a great way to challenge people that have mastered some of the more traditional side plank work.

Hope that helps‼️
