The December Circuit

The December Train With Craig circuit is extremely simple yet also extremely hard at the same time.

This is what we’re looking at…

✔️Kettlebell Swing x10
✔️Push Up x10
✔️Sled March x10 Steps each
✔️Bodyweight Squat x10
✔️Farmers Carry x10 Steps each
✔️Overhead Slam x10

Week 1 we will complete the circuit for 25 minutes (resting as needed) and work our way up to 45 minutes the last week of the program.

The circuit is part of the General Fitness program, but we also have an Athlete option as well as an At Home option, all of which you get when you sign up for the program.
