The Best Deadbug Variation You Aren’t Doing?

Today is Day 1️⃣9️⃣ of #30daysofcore where I’ll share some tips and thoughts on core work for the next 30 days.

I am a huge fan of deadbugs for a lot of reasons, the biggest being that they are a “lower level” anti-extension core exercises that most everyone can do.

We will use many variations, but my favorite is the Stability Ball variation.

By creating a little bit of tension by pushing the non-moving arm and leg into the ball, you can “feel” your core working a lot harder.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes‼️
