A2: Feet Elevated Weighted Side Plank
B1: Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat
B2: Dumbbell Bench Press
B3: Walkout Anti Rotation
C1: 2 Dumbbell SLDL
C2: Ring Row
C3: Bear Position Dumbbell Plank Row
