This example is the current Day 2 of the December program.

A1: 2 Jump Jump Squat
A2: Feet Elevated Weighted Side Plank

B1: Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat
B2: Dumbbell Bench Press
B3: Walkout Anti Rotation

C1: 2 Dumbbell SLDL
C2: Ring Row
C3: Bear Position Dumbbell Plank Row

Day 1 & 3 are completely different from this and don’t forget we also have and At Home Training program and a General Fitness training program…and you get access to all three when you sign up!
