Here is Day 2 of the General Fitness program for the month of December. It looks a little something like this…

A1. 2-Dumbbell Jump Squat
A2: Feet Elevated Side Plank Row

B1: Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat
B2: Dumbbell Bench Press
B3: Anti-Rotation Walkout

C1: SLDL
C2: Ring Row
C3: Kettlebell Drag

Day 1 & 3 are completely different from this and don’t forget we also have and At Home Training program and an Athlete training program…and you get access to all three when you sign up!
