I love med ball work. 

It’s a great way to teach the core to transfer power from the legs through the arms.

It’s a great way to train power in planes that you can’t with a barbell.

It can also be a great way to teach the core and shoulder to decelerate, just as you see here in the Double Clutch Overhead Slam.
