A Great Chest Supported Row Variation…

If you walked in to MaxWay Performance you would see your fair share of Chest Supported Rows.

We like the Chest Supported Row because it is a solid horizontal row variation that is great for upper back and posterior shoulder strength…and its pretty easy to perform well.

One of the advanced variations that we use is the ISO Alternating Chest Supported Row. We use this as more of an advanced technique once someone has become proficient at the standard version of the movement, and it also finds its way into the programs during isometric and eccentric phases.
