Happy Monday!

Like every other Monday, here are a few thoughts bouncing around in my head after a week of reading, podcasts, cruising social media and any other continuing ed.

Enjoy!

  1. If you develop athletes that move better, move stronger, and are better conditioned, you will be alright.
  2. More doesn’t equal better in the weight room, better equals better.
  3. The first question with any exercise should be ‘why are we doing this?’
  4. Something I feel strongly about…All females athletes should be able to do a full bodyweight chin up.
  5. Intelligent coaching can fix a lot of things.
