Single leg hurdle hops, whether they are linear, medial/lateral, or 45 degrees, all have HUGE benefits for athletes from both an injury prevention and power development standpoint.

This particular exercise, the 1-Leg Medial/Lateral Hurdle Hop w/ a mini bounce is a more advanced progression, something we use as the athlete has shown the ability to land/decelerate.
