Monday Musings

Like every other Monday, here are a few thoughts bouncing around in my head after a week of reading, podcasts, cruising social media and any other continuing ed.

Enjoy!

  1. Sleep is the low hanging fruit that both athletes and general population people can use to improve both health and performance.
  2. Exercise should never be used as punishment.
  3. Nobody gets results day 1 in the gym, all they get is sore. But the people that are there, consistently, 7-9 months later rarely don’t get results.
  4. Big and strong doesn’t really do much for you if you don’t move well.
  5. Stress + rest = growth.
