There is always a lot of talk about working with overhead athletes, maintaining shoulder health, and all of the rehab/rehab exercises you can/should be doing.
Don’t forget that good training, a well designed strength training program, is the best shoulder health program you can have.
PS — Yes, prehab/rehab work has a place, but the meat and potatoes is the strength program.
