If you were to walk into MaxWay Performance during our adult training times, you’d quickly notice that most all of our upper body pressing is ‘shoulder friendly’, with tons of Landmine Press variations, push ups and floor press variations making up a huge amount of our pressing exercises.
Because a lot of adults have a lot of mileage on their bodies. A lot of adults don’t have the best shoulder mobility. A lot of adults have cranky shoulders.
So instead of trying to put a square peg in a round hole, we meet them where they are. We program ‘shoulder friendly’ pressing movements while simultaneously working on improving shoulder mobility and function.
