Happy Monday!

Like every other Monday, here are a few thoughts bouncing around in my head after a week of reading, podcasts, cruising social media and any other continuing ed.


  1. When it comes to strength & conditioning and/or fitness, people overrate intensity and people underrate consistency.
  2. Nothing tastes as good as great health feels.
  3. In the weight room, nothing works unless you actually do the work.
  4. A good leaders is also a good follower.
  5. Culture will always beat programming.
