Like every other Monday, here are a few thoughts bouncing around in my head after a week of reading, podcasts, cruising social media and any other continuing ed.
- When it comes to strength & conditioning and/or fitness, people overrate intensity and people underrate consistency.
- Nothing tastes as good as great health feels.
- In the weight room, nothing works unless you actually do the work.
- A good leaders is also a good follower.
- Culture will always beat programming.
