In the last 1-2 years we’ve changed a few things…
Programming more ➡️ vertical and horizontal loaded jumps, sprinting, Landmine work (both explosive and pressing), rowing, “shoulder friendly” pressing (Landmine, neutral grip floor press, DB work), 1-Leg work.
Programming less ➡️ Olympic lifting, bench pressing, vertical pulling (compared to horizontal rows), bilateral lower body work for max strength
