Train With Craig May General Fitness Example

The first week of the May Train With Craig program is going strong.

I decided to change it up a little this month with the General Fitness program, adding some Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) circuit in the middle of each workouts.

In the Day 1 program, which you see here, I paired Goblet Squat and Ring Row in that circuit.

Beyond our General Fitness program, we also have an Athlete program and an At Home program, all for just $19 a month!
