Here is an extremely difficult core exercise we use as a very late progression, after mastering and performing a lot of rollouts, body saws, plank rows, push up taps, kettlebell drags and other core movements
Definitely not a day 1 core exercise.
Give it a try, but it’s much hard than it looks.
