More Train With Craig Programming

Week 3 of training in the October Train With Craig program, which means I have some workouts to share with everyone!

Here is an example of our Day 3 in the October Athlete Program.

The Athlete program is a 3-day a week program that can be cut down to 2-days a week for any athlete that may be in-season.

Beyond our Athlete Program, we also have a General Fitness Program, both for just $19 a month!
