Happy Monday! 

I hope everyone had a great weekend!

Like every other Monday, here are a few thoughts bouncing around in my head after a week of reading, podcasts, cruising social media and any other continuing ed.

Enjoy!

  1. No foods should be off limits. But that also doesn’t mean you should eat nothing but donuts and ice cream all day. What it means is you can fit them in every once in a while and enjoy yourself.
  2. Let’s not forget that strength training is accessory work for athletes. Their sport is the main course.
  3. Diet and exercise can literally add years to your life.
  4. Health and fitness is not a competition. It’s about bettering yourself so that you can live a longer and healthier life.
  5. People think they need a new exercise plan, a new diet, or more supplements. What people really need is to consistently performing the same boring exercise routine and more patience.
