Adding butter to your coffee won’t magically make you lean…no matter what some influencer says.

Apple cider vinegar is…apple cider vinegar. It doesn’t boost fat loss.

What does help with fat loss?

Being in a calorie deficit.

Strength training 2-4x a week.

Making sleep a priority.

And the real ‘magic pill’ is doing those things consistently.
