This example is the current Day 1 of the January program.

A1: Hang Clean
A2: Stability Ball Rollout

B1: Trap Bar Deadlift
B2: Bench Press
B3: Tall Kneel Anti-Rotation Press

C1: Goblet Squat
C2: 1-Arm Dumbbell Row
C3: Suitcase Carry

Day 2 & 3 are completely different from this and don’t forget we also have a General Fitness training program…and you get access to all three when you sign up!
