Exercise of the Week: Rotational Landmine Split Jerk

The Rotational Landmine Press is a great exercise to improve rotational power and develop power from the ground up.

We typically add this after people have spent ample time performing both 1/2 Kneeling and Standing Landmine Presses, along with some Landmine Split Jerks.
