Happy Monday! 

I hope everyone had a great weekend!

Like every other Monday, here are a few thoughts bouncing around in my head after a week of reading, podcasts, cruising social media and any other continuing ed.

Enjoy!

  1. Health tip: drink a bottle or glass of water in the morning prior to your first cup of coffee.
  2. Walking may be the easiest and most underrated form of exercise that will improve all aspects of health.
  3. It doesn’t matter what diet we are talking about, people who adhere to a diet lose weight. All diets work if you actually stick to them and you are in a calorie deficit.
  4. Most athletes think training hard day after day is the recipe for success. But the real recipe for success is training hard and recovering harder.
  5. PSA: When it comes to exercise for the purpose of health, SOMETHING is always better than NOTHING.
