Overrated and Underrated: Fitness Edition

Being covered in sweat doesn’t mean you had a great workout.

Feeling like you were hit by a truck doesn’t mean you had a great workout.

Feeling exhausted walking out of the gym doesn’t mean you had a good workout.

Doing simple things, well, consistently, leads to good workouts.

Workouts that leave you feeling good, feeling like you left a little in the tank and could do a little more.

Remember, you should feel better as a result of your training, it should enhance your life, not the opposite.
