I am a huge proponent of pushing yourself. Of trying to do more and progress as much as you can in the weight room.

But don’t forget that form is always king. 

Quality always trumps quantity. 

That health and fitness is a long game, a game that is hard to play if you hurt yourself ego lifting.

The best thing you can do to make sure you are able to play the long game, to continue to make progress?

Stay healthy!

And what is the best way to do everything you can to stay healthy?

Clean up your form…make it impeccable!

Don’t be ashamed of going down a little in weight on certain exercises to dial in your form, cause once you do, you’ll probably gain strength and be using those heavier weights before you know it with great form!
