The Swing & Push Up Circuit

Here is a really fun circuit that I perform from time to time and one that I have added to the Circuit section of the Train With Craig Inner Circle.

It’s a quick circuit, a tough circuit, and a really simple circuit.

⏰Every Minute on the Minute

🔷10 Kettlebell Swings 
🔷10 Push Ups
🔷10 Rounds 

That’s it. 10 minutes. But it’s tough.
