Grab a kettlebell and have some fun‼️

Every minute perform 6-8 reps per side. Rest the remaining time until the next minute hits the ⏰. 

✔️ 1-Arm Kettlebell Swing (R) x6-8

✔️ 1-Arm Kettlebell Swing (L) x6-8

✔️ 1-Arm Kettlebell Overhead Press (R) x6-8

✔️ 1-Arm Kettlebell Overhead Press (L) x6-8

✔️ Goblet Squat x6-8

✔️ 1-Arm Kettlebell Row (R) x6-8

✔️ 1-Arm Kettlebell Row (L) x6-8

✔️ 1-Arm Kettlebell SLDL (R) x6-8

✔️ 1-Arm Kettlebell SLDL (L) x6-8

Repeat 🔁 for 3-4 rounds for a total of 27-36 minutes.
