You went to that party and had a little too much.
You went out to eat with family and friends and ate a little too much.
Cause that’s life…it happens!
Instead of beating yourself up, thinking you wrecked all your progress, gained a ton of weight, and ‘ruined’ your diet, realize that it happens.
Realize it’s normal.
Realize it’ll probably happen again.
And in reality, that party or meal out usually isn’t the problem.
The problem is you let it get away from you and it turns into another day or week of overeating.
Don’t let it snowball!
Wake up the next day and get back on track.
