EMOM Circuit: 5’s Gone Wild!

Another awesome and quick circuit — 5’s Gone Wild!

Here’s how it goes…

EMOM (every minute on the minute) x10 Minutes

🔹Kettlebell Swing x5
🔹Kettlebell Squat x5
🔹Push Up x5
🔹Med Ball Overhead Slam x5

💥This ends up being 35-40 seconds of work with 20-25 seconds of rest…it’s pretty challenging!💥

You could end the circuit right there and move on or you could do a little more after.

I did 10:20×16 on the Assault Bike 🚲 after, making this workout a total of 18-20 minutes.

No matter what you do, this is a phenomenal quick circuit that hits the entire body.
