One of the biggest myths about trying to reach your fitness goals is that you need to make it into the gym close to every day and get a great training session in.
And thats completely wrong.
It’s actually a great way to burn yourself out, start dreading training sessions, and even potentially injure yourself.
Instead, aim to get into the gym and train 3-4 times a week, a much more sustainable training schedule that will allow for proper recovery and help you stay motivated and looking forward to your training sessions.
Remember, fitness and your health journey isn’t some 30 or 60 day challenge, its a a lifelong journey. Find a schedule that is sustainable over the long term.
