What You Really Need…

Couple thoughts on this 💭 

Get more sleep. This is something the vast majority of us could do a better job with, myself included.

Have a healthy (non-obsessive) relationship with both exercise and food. This means you don’t have to kick your ass in the gym every day. This means that not every piece of food that goes into your mouth has to be ‘clean’ – whatever that means.

And don’t beat yourself up over every last thing when it comes to this stuff.
