Strength Training Only is a 1-on-1 coaching option. With this, we will oversee all aspects of your strength training program. Every 4 weeks I will develop a brand new strength program for you to follow, with everything customized and tailed to fit your individual needs. This option is great for those that need a little more guidance with their strength training.

Nutritional Only Coaching
Nutrition Only is another 1-on-1 coaching option. With this, I will oversee all aspects of your nutrition. I will assign you macronutrients to follow (x grams protein, y grams carbs, z grams fats). Everything will be customized and tailored to fit your individual needs. This option is great for those of you who have a solid training program in place but need the extra accountability of a coach to dial in your nutrition.

- Prefer that nutritional coaching clients have previous experience counting your macronutrients in an app like MyFitnessPal or MyMacros+.
Strength Training & Nutritional Coaching
With this 1-on-1 coaching option, we will oversee all aspects of your training and nutrition. You will have a detailed workout plan complete with dynamic warm-ups, mobility work, and a sample weekly schedule. They will assign you macronutrients to follow (x grams protein, y grams carbs, z grams fats). Everything will be customized and tailored to fit your individual needs.

- Customized training plan that changes monthly, including demo videos

- Prefer that coaching clients have previous experience counting your macronutrients in an app like MyFitnessPal or MyMacros+.
- Prefer that coaching clients must be familiar with compound lifts and have access to a commercial gym or well-equipped home gym that has a barbell, plates, variety of dumbbells, mini-bands, long bands, and an adjustable bench.
