Volleyball Training Tip Day 3: Train Power in Multiple Planes

I know this may be a tough pill to swallow, but there is very little carryover when training power in the sagittal plane and athletes actually being able to produce power in multiple planes in sport. If you want an athlete to be powerful in multiple planes, you need to actually train it for both the upper and lower body. There is way more to power production then just Cleans and Snatches.
