B3. 1-Arm Overhead Carry

C1: Eccentric Landmine Squat

C2: Eccentric Only Chin Up

C3: 1/2 Kneel Anti-Rotation Press

D1. Skater Squat

D2. Alternating Dumbbell Floor Press

D3. Ring Fallout
