Post-Season Reconditioning with Hockey Athletes

Post-Season Reconditioning for Ice Hockey Thoughts 💭

Fix those Hamstrings 💪

One of the classic tissue remodeling block movements that we use in the early off-season with the goal to undue the chronic postural imbalances that the sport of hockey places on the athlete.

💥 facilitate the hamstring
💥 reorient the pelvis
💥 inhibit the hip flexors

We use this movement for 3-4 weeks, the first 3-4 weeks of our off-season training.

Though this looks very simple and not enough, this movement absolutely lights up our athletes as their hamstrings are not used to the training stimulus.

If you are looking for additional information about what the entire off-season looks like with our hockey athletes, take a look at my Ultimate Off-Season Training Guide for Hockey.

In it you will find EVERYTHING that we do throughout the off-season, with an entire off-season training program done for you.
