Reasons to Exercise

Too often I see people looking at exercise as an all or nothing thing.

If they can’t get their full workout in, they don’t think it’s worth going.

If they can only train 1-2 times a week, they don’t think it’s worth it.

Or they use exercise as punishment.

They ate too much the previous day, so they have to ‘burn’ those calories off in the gym.

They are going to a party later that day and now have to ‘earn’ those calories.

All of these thoughts are crap.

Something is ALWAYS better than nothing.

Exercise IS NOT punishment.

Exercise because you value it.

Exercise because it makes you feel good.

Exercise because it makes you move well.

Exercise because it makes you look good.

Exercise because it improves your health in SO many ways.
