Is Having a Goal Weight Overrated?

So don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with having a goal weight. 

I do from time to time when I am looking to drop a little body fat.

But, I don’t think you should obsess on that actual number.

Cause thats all it is…a number.

What should you focus on? 

You should focus on how you feel.

On how you look.

On how your clothes are fitting.

On how you are performing in and out if the gym.

Or, god forbid, on how happy you are.

Cause at the end of the day, the scale is just a number. 

I’d rather be happy, performing well, looking great, and feeling great than chasing an arbitrary number on the scale.
